Please expect a window of time for your appointment. Your animal should not eat or drink one hour before the appointment in case we may need to administer any medication. If your pet is on any meds, you might need to reschedule. Please make sure you tell us about any medication your pet is on and contact your vet before making this appointment to make sure it is safe for your pet to take a sedative if necessary. Most pets do not need sedatives. When you arrive, your animal will be evaluated by our vet tec and you will need to fill out a medical consent form. Next your pet will go into the trailer for a 5-10min tattoo administration. We always use topical numbing cream standard for our tattoo procedures. We also hire professional tattoo artists that are animal trained so your pet will not feel any pain during the tattoo administration. however, If your pet will not cooperate with our professionals a small dose of a sedative might be needed. We will ask your permission if this situation arises. After the tat is placed, you will be given instructions on how to care for it until it heals. If you have any concerns about your pet needing a sedative, please give us a call or talk to your vet.
