Note: These tattoos are usually applied to an animal’s skin but, Pet Tat’s Temporary Tattoo-able ID’s may( also be used on some animals fur by placing the tattoo-able ID on top of ( a base coat of liquid band-aid or a safe type of nail polish base) to create a type of canvas for the PETTATS Tattoo ID to adhere to.
