This membership is transferable between owners with no extra charge. This ID code shown below is what you are purchasing now for your pet and is intended to be tattooed upon your animal’s skin for identification. New members will need to find a vet or tattoo artist in their area to administer their pet’s permanent and personalized ID number upon their pet’s body. New members must find a certified vet or tattoo artist in their area to administer their pets ID number on their pets body. As a new member you will always be in full control of your pets information on our site. It is available to you 24 hours a day! Even more important, you can rest easy knowing your pets emergency contact info will also be available to the public day and night just in case your pet ever gets lost! As a Pet Tat’s member you will have full access to create an change your pets emergency profile page whenever it is convenient for you. Are site allows you to upload or delete medical files, upload pictures, videos and any other information you see fit to help build your pets emergency profile. One advantage to being a member is that you control what the public sees and what you choose to display for your pet! So if you do not choose to put your full address etc, it is not required! You will however be required to choose a special personal pin Number for security. This PIN number is to be given to your veterinarians office. This way they may also upload medical records for you and your pet on your behalf. Every time any information has been updated, you will receive a notification email. Please always check to make sure your information has been updated correct!
